About your subscription. Payment is charged to
your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your
subscription auto-renews at the same price and for the same
period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the
current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24
hours prior to the end of the current period. Manage and cancel
anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → metcha.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing
period; the current period is not refundable. Free trials, where
offered, are available once per Apple ID and only on the monthly
and annual plans; if you don't cancel before the trial ends,
you'll be charged when it converts to a paid subscription.
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at
reportaproblem.apple.com.
Restore a previous purchase from Settings → metcha Plus →
Restore purchases on a device signed in to your Apple ID.
EU and UK consumers retain their statutory rights where
applicable.
